Incident has been resolved and stable under monitoring.
A fix has been implemented which looks to have resolved this issue. Our team are monitoring to ensure resolved.
Investigations are showing issue appears to be isolated to a single BNG. The team are continuing to investigate and updates will be shared as they become available.
Some customers may be experiencing inconsistent routing, or abnormal traffic paths to some destinations causing slower connectivity for some connections.
