We are devastated to cause another interruption to our customers with such a recent previous incident, and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Levels of this attack were the highest we’ve seen consisting of immense volume, hitting every corner of our network.
If you are still experiencing a service disruption, please power cycle your router for 5 minutes before contacting our support team.
