This fault has been resolved.
Hardware is already scheduled to be swapped in an upcoming maintenance window: https://status.vetta.online/issues/5f2b2a7ff4e01e3924130419 - Unfortunately we couldn’t complete this today as the replacement hardware is scheduled to arrive Monday.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are currently experiencing a fault with a switch at our 220Q PoP which will be affecting some web hosting, virtual server, dedicated server and colocation customers.
An engineer is en-route to the facility to diagnose.
