This work is being conducted to physically remove and replace a network switch within our 220 datacentre PoP.
During the maintenance window defined, customers can expect an outage of up to 15-20 minutes while connections are physically moved from the old switch to the new switch. This will cause impact to:

• A single node within our voice cluster
• A single node from within both our authoritative and recursive DNS servers
• Web hosting services for shared, reseller & some virtual server, dedicated server & colocation customers
