Maintenance - takahe cPanel server upgrade - 13/01
This cPanel web hosting server upgrade and migration has been successfully completed.
We thank customers for their patience while works were taking place today, resulting in a future-ready and significantly more powerful setup.
If you are encountering issues within the new server environment, please contact our support team with information to assist in resolution.
During this maintenance window, we will be migrating customers hosted on the takahe web hosting server to a new server, as part of our continual upgrade processes. Once completed, this will give performance improvements and a more current software stack for our customers on this server.
Phase 1 will see account migrations to the new server commence at approximately 10am. We do not expect any interruption to customer services during this phase.
Once completed, phase 2 will see our engineers move IP addressing to the new server, restore your original IP addressing, and shutdown the current takahe server. There will be a brief interruption to services while this is performed.
