This incident has been confirmed resolved by prior works to reroute traffic paths. Changes will be completed in the pre-arranged maintenance window overnight tonight in order to restore original traffic paths.
If you are still experiencing connectivity issues, please power off your router for 2-3 minutes before powering back on in order to restart your connectivity.
