Advance technical teams have performed switch over from NT-A to NT-B.

Affected services have been confirmed restored.
If you are still experiencing connectivity issues, please power off your router for 2-3 minutes before powering back on in order to restart your connectivity.

This will not cause additional impact to services. Customers may experience 60 minutes break in service. Next update on status change.

Some customers on UFB services in Timaru may be experiencing issues reaching some websites.
This seems to be isolated to a subset of customers, and is not being experienced by all customers in Timaru.
