Between 2nd December - 12th December, our team will be performing graceful moves of some customer connections to new Chorus handovers. This may briefly impact some customer connections who are in the North Island and on the Chorus fibre network, hence issuing this hazard notice.
These activities will take place 6:00am-7:30am each day, and shouldn’t be noticeable. That being said, our team will be monitoring these activities closely and performing proactive interventions if required.
To determine if your connection will be part of these works, load up your connection in your customer portal, and expand the “ONT” tab within your ONT diagnostics section. We will be performing works on connections with a “Data Handover Link ID” of IDA120738651.
