We have identified and successfully rolled back an update that was causing this issue and functionality has now been restored.

Due to a system issue, some customers an “Error 500” message when trying to make modifications to configurations within their Cloud PBX tenancy, including call routing configuration or logic changes.
Our team will be performing works outside of business hours this evening to resolve this current bug.
This is not causing impact to calling services, existing configurations, or calls being processed.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
