Power has been restored and services have remained stable since approximately 22:00.
If you are still without service, please turn off your network equipment for 5 minutes before powering back on.

Problem Identified

We have gained further information that power has been lost due to a power cable being cut by a digger operating in the area.
The power lines company is aware and onsite working on a plan for restoration.
Next update on status change.

Problem Identified

Due to a loss of power and battery depletion, there is currently a loss of service to customers on our rural wireless network in Waitohi, Tōtara Valley, Pleasant Point, Levels and surrounding areas.
Services will be restored upon restoration of power to the site. Our team will continue to monitor service health through to resolution.
