Incident - Connectivity disruption - 07/08

Services have remained stable following our previous update.
While this incident was isolated to some customers, if you are still without service, please power off your router & ONT for 10 minutes before powering on.

Monitoring

Services have become and remained stable since initial detection and observation.
We have observed two core routers (pe2-akl1 and core1-chc2) which re-converged dynamic routing services.
This has completed with engineers continuing to monitor core services while collating data to be later analysed.

Investigating

Some customers may be experiencing intermittent issues related to internet connectivity.
Our team are investigating and will provide updates once available.
