Incident - TFF Hamilton UFB - 25/07
No further service issues have been observed, and this incident is resolved.
Customers with a UFB service on the TFF Hamilton network will have been impacted from 03:20am~03:31am in total due to works being completed by TFF. There is a small chance there will be another small bump to service prior to 6:00am today.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We are observing all TFF Hamilton services are restored and are monitoring.
Our team is aware that our TFF Hamilton interconnection handover is currently down.
Customers with a TFF Hamilton UFB connection will currently not have service.
We are investigating and liaising with TFF at the highest priority and will provide updates are they become available.
