All technologies were restored around 9:40pm last night.
Next steps: Root cause analysis to be conducted.

The team have 14 sites left to restore 4G to.
A restoration plan for 2G and 3G is being worked on in parallel.
This will be the final update from One NZ tonight, with updates continued tomorrow morning on progress made throughout the night.
At this point in time we are seeing the majority of impacted services being restored to normal.

Sites continue to recover as the team bounce the ports. There are 51 sites left to restore.

IP DevOps are systematically working through a list of all impacted cell sites to bounce each RAN facing port which at this stage will restore 4G services only.
We have been notified by One NZ of degraded and impaired cell coverage and service impacting a large number of 3G & 4G towers nationwide.
This may be impacting RBI & FWA customers on the Vetta network who are connecting through One NZ cell sites.
A P1 incident is ongoing with One NZ to resolve. Updates to follow.
