Services have remained stable since restoration at 20:07.
Maintenance tonight will proceed as planned to tidy configurations and implement resolutions for this MLAG issue.
We apologise for this unplanned interruption to service, and will complete remaining actions overnight tonight in order to prevent a recurrence.
If you are still experiencing issues obtaining connectivity, please turn off your router & ONT for 15 minutes and power back on, before reaching out to our team if still encountering no connectivity.

Engineers have confirmed the issue relates to the fault identified earlier today, and planned for resolution overnight.
A fix is now being developed to complete this urgent maintenance early and regain service.
