Maintenance has been completed.
We apologise to those customers who may have experienced a longer than anticipated interruption to service while upgrades were being completed and a hardware issue was required to be worked through by our on-site team.
If you are experiencing issues with connectivity, please attempt a restart of your router before reaching out to our team.
During this maintenance window, we will be completing changes to the network to continue to both increase resiliency and capacity, as well as completing firmware updates on core network elements which will disrupt traffic flows while they are restarted.
Throughout this window, customers may experience brief periods of reduced connectivity.
