Following our teams monitoring, we are comfortable the fix applied has resolved this issue.
Worth noting, two new additional voice cluster members have been recently joined to the cluster, with a migration plan in the works to move roles and services to these new systems.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this incident.

Our team have been working through this issue and have implemented a potential fix, and are monitoring the results.

Investigating

Due to a misfunctioning cluster member, some customers may be experiencing issues with some voice services, including call queues and extension states not being accurately represented.
Our team are working through this issue to resolve as soon as possible.
