Customers obtaining service through the Unison Fibre network in Hawkes Bay may have experienced an interruption of service between approximately 12:30pm and 12:40pm today.
Engineers immediately engaged with Unison who confirmed a fault within the Unison network which was promptly resolved.
This issue was opened retrospectively.
