During this maintenance window, engineers will be conducting core operating system and software updates across our voice services, including Cloud PBX and SIP Trunking to ensure optimum performance and stability of our voice platforms.
We will also use this opportunity to replace failing hardware, this work was attempted last maintenance window but had to be rolled back due to complications.
While we will do our best to minimise any disruption there maybe some brief outages across our phone service network while work is being undertaken, thus we have prepared the maintenance window during low call volume.
