Engineers were able to complete updates on the servers successfully. The hardware replacement will need to be rescheduled in the near future due to an unforeseen circumstance.
During this maintenance window, engineers will be conducting core operating system and software updates across our voice services, including Cloud PBX and SIP Trunking to ensure optimum performance and stability of our voice platforms. We will also use this opportunity to replace a failed disk in one of our nodes.
While we will try and minimise any disruption by performing rolling updates on the nodes across the cluster, there maybe some periods of disruption to calls thus we have prepared the maintenance window during low call volume as a precautionary measure.
