During this maintenance window, engineers will be conducting software updates across our voice services, including Cloud PBX and SIP Trunking to enable new functionality, and to ensure optimum performance and stability of our voice platforms.
Maintenance will be performed on individual cluster nodes one at a time to allow calls to proceed on other available nodes, thus minimal impact is expected, however we have prepared the maintenance window during a period of low call volume as a precautionary measure.
