Our network operations team has detected a linecard performing abnormally and requires a restart and intervention to restore to normal service.
This will cause impact to a variety of services during the maintenance window, and will be performed during low-traffic usage, between 12am-5am.
Due to the nature of this urgent work being completed, standard lead times do not apply.
