Some customers using our DNS servers may be experiencing issues when trying to connect to websites behind Imperva’s Content Delivery Network (CDN), which includes some banking websites.
We have reached out to Imperva to investigate and remedy this and are awaiting resolution. Once we have received feedback this has been completed, we will update this advisory.
In the meantime, if access is urgently required, changing your DNS servers to alternate providers, such as Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Quad9 (9.9.9.9) does appear to resolve this issue.
