Network has continued to remain stable while under observation by NOC.
Apologies for any interruption experienced to our customers as a result of this incident.
If you are continuing to experience connectivity issues, please attempt to turn off your router for 2-3 minutes before turning back on.

Engineers have rectified the further impacts detected and are continuing to monitor the network for continued stability.

Engineers are observing some further connectivity impacts as a result of this incident and are continuing to investigate.

Route re-propagation has completed and network has remained stable for last ~20 minutes.
Engineers continuing to keep under observation to ensure stability.

An event has caused a full route re-propagation event amongst our core route reflectors.
Re-propagation is proceeding, however is causing high load on core devices. Our team are continuing to monitor this process. While underway, customers may be experiencing interrupted connectivity, non-optimal paths and packet loss.
Our NOC team is fully engaged and is working on this incident.
