During the period of approx. 4:15PM to approx. 4:30PM, some customers may have experienced issues in resolving public DNS records, or access to the internet.
An issue was detected with our recursive DNS servers providing DNS translation as default servers for customer connections, which was promptly rectified.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you are continuing to experience issues with DNS resolution or internet connectivity, please attempt to turn off your router for 2 minutes before powering back up.
