Remaining small number of Layer-2 circuits have been fully restored this afternoon and all services remained stable.

We are aware of a small number of circuits delivered via Layer-2 which are continuing to be impacted by this incident.
This relates to 3 fibre breaks within a railway corridor undergoing urgent repair both overnight and into today.
Customers continuing to be impacted will be updated directly as steps to resolution progress. If you are experiencing impact to a circuit within Hamilton after this incident, please ensure a support ticket has been opened to receive these updates from our vendor as they come through.
During the period of 12:17PM - 12:26PM, some customers based in the Hamilton area may have experienced a brief interruption to service while an upstream path entered an serviceable state and data paths were manually changed to an alternate upstream path.
Service has been restored since 12:26PM. If you are experiencing a connectivity issue within the Hamilton area, please attempt to restart your router.
