During the period between 2:59am - 3:03am, some customers including Vector UFB, RBI and downstream customer ENNIs may have experienced a brief interruption to connectivity while a switching device (ag3-akl1) became unstable and automatically rebooted.
All services have been restored automatically and are now stable, however this network element is under close monitoring by our team while investigations continue.
