During the period of 9:50AM - 9:53AM on 2nd November, some customers connected to Chorus UFB connections may have experienced a very brief interruption to service.
This was caused by a switch malfunction, which resulted in the switch being unable to pass traffic on one Chorus UFB handover port. An automatic recovery was performed by our switching fabric as intended, which automatically restored connectivity without intervention.
