Maintenance has been conducted and the impacted link removed from service while further diagostics are performed by third parties before link is entered back into service.
Urgent maintenance is required to resolve a discovered fault resulting in reduced upload speeds for connections terminating in the South Island.
During this maintenance, customers with connections based in the South Island can expect an outage of up to 30 minutes while physical fibres are removed, cleaned, rerouted and physical interfaces checked. For customers who don’t have connections terminating in the South Island, a small outage is possible however less likely
As this maintenance relates to resolving an ongoing fault, standard lead times do not apply.
