During this window, we will be moving a number of Chorus-delivered UFB broadband connections to an upgraded Chorus handover. This will cause an outage of approximately 5 minutes while connections move to the new handover links.
This window will prodominently impact customers based in the North Island. To query whether your service in particular will be impacted, please contact us.
Once maintenance is completed, your service should automatically restore. If you are without service, attempt a restart of your router by powering off for 2-3 minutes and powering back on, before contacting our support team.
