Maintenance has been completed and circuits have been moved to the new BNG successfully.
If you are encountering issues with your connection, please try restarting your router before contacting support.
During this maintenance window, we will be moving RBI & 4G customers to a new BNG to improve fault tolerance and allow new customer functionality, including better data usage visibility & notifications.
An outage will be experienced to connections while they are being migrated to the new BNG, which should last no longer than 10 minutes per connection.
This will impact all customers with either an RBI or mobile broadband/4G service.
