Chorus Incident - UFB Connectivity


Services have been under observation and have been stable. Normal light & traffic levels on the impacted Chorus UFB handover are being observed.
If you are still observing a service impact on your UFB connection, please attempt to restart your router and wait 5 minutes.


Services are being restored and traffic volumes are increasing back to normal levels. Connectivity under observation.


We are currently observing a major impact to UFB Connectivity being served out of our Chorus handover in Auckland. Customers with services being served from this handover may not be able to connect.
This has been confirmed to be affecting multiple providers on the Chorus UFB network and a P1 fault has been raised with the Chorus NOC.
