Maintenance today has been completed successfully. Further works will be taking place over the next few days to bring the new backhaul link into production after burn-in testing.

Due to the impact of recent weather events, we are implementing a new backhaul to our Waitohi tower which will increase fault tolerance and backhaul throughput.
This will be conducted throughout the day on Thursday 23rd September.
As a result of this maintenance, connected customers may experience brief periods of degraded service until works are fully completed as we install and bring online the new backhaul link.
