During the maintenance window defined, we will be performing a change across our Cloud PBX & SBC’s, improving how voice routing is performed, which will streamline call routing and associated processes.
While maintenance is being performed, there may be a brief interruption to outbound calling as routing profiles are changed, however all going well, we expect any impact to be minimal or unnoticeable.
