Engineers are comfortable this issue is resolved. All links have been restored and traffic levels are normal.
We apologise for the disruption this outage has caused to our customers.

Since last update, customers will have seen traffic and links being unstable while multiple faults have been attended to. Links are now operating normally. Engineers are continuing to monitor this incident.

Our team has identified a further issue impeding connectivity to this side. This is being isolated to continue remediation works as soon as possible.

We have identified the underlying issue with a faulty fibre and/or optic, which has not failed over automatically. Our team is working on rerouting traffic. Next update on status change.

We are currently experiencing a network outage event at our hlz1 facility. Our team are investigating and further updates will be provided.
This will be affecting customers in the facility using IP Transit & Layer 2 services, as well as UFB connections in the Hamilton area.
