UFB Internet

Chorus are completing a batch of OLT upgrades which will affect many UFB customers across our network.
These upgrades are taking place between 12:00am - 6:00am on 29th March, with an expected outage of under 30 minutes within the given time window.
This is a major piece of Chorus work, affecting a total of 104,497 connections on the Chorus network.
If you do not have a functioning UFB service after this maintenance window, please try restarting your router & ONT first, and then contact our support team if the problem persists.
