Engineers have continued to monitor the resolution applied approximately 4 hours ago throughout the afternoon and into this evening and have not seen any further service degradation to the 3 affected servers.
We are therefore comfortable that this issue is fully resolved
Service has been fully restored and we are continuing to monitor for any further degradation in service.
Techs have confirmed no issue with PDU as suspected, and are continuing to identify the cause of the fault. Total of 3 servers are inaccessible.
We are seeing alerts which indicate a suspected issue with a PDU at our akl1/Datacentre220 facility.
Engineers are enroute to investigate and updates to follow.
