During the maintenance window defined, we will be conducting work alongside UFF to migrate customers to our new HOL.
This work is being completed across two evening windows, with connections split 50/50 between each evening; the 20th and 22nd October, both windows between 5:00pm - 7:00pm. If you wish to confirm which evening a given connection will experience an outage, please contact our support team.
We expect the outage of an individual connection to be under 10 minutes while being migrated.
