Engineers are satisfied this issue has been resolved and the cluster is operating normally.
If any customers are experiencing voice issues, please contact support as normal.

Monitoring

The affected cluster node at fault has been repaired and tested, and placed back into the production network.
Engineers will monitor production calls across the node to ensure issue resolved.

Assessed

We are currently experiencing an issue with a node in our voice cluster.
For customers connecting to multiple cluster nodes, or have automated failover (e.g. via autoprovisioned phones), there should be no impact.
Customers who are singlehomed to the affected cluster node may be seeing a service impact.
Engineers are investigating. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
