We will be conducting maintenance on one of our access nodes based in Auckland.
This will affect the below sets of customers:

  • UFF Hamilton connections
  • UFF Tauranga connections
  • Wholesale connections (where delivered over a single handover at 220Q PoP)

Customers not explicitly defined above may experience a brief outage of approximately 5 minutes as their connection moves to an alternate access router.
During the maintenance window defined, customers defined above could experience 1-2 outages of 5-10 minutes each.
