220 Access Core Offline
We are comfortable that this issue is resolved and are closing off this case.
If you are encountering an internet outage, please try restarting your modem/router.
Services have now been restored. We are monitoring closely before marking as final resolution.
The access core at 220 has gone offline. Customers without connection redundancy, or on RBI will be without service.
We are investigating this now.
