Tower has been restored to normal connectivity and capacity levels.
We thank customers for their patience during this issue.
Tower remains stable, running on lower capacity.
We will be monitoring closely and planning a move back to the primary link for full restoration in due course, weather permitting.
Our team is continuing to investigate this issue.
This tower is running on reduced capacity for approx the last 30 minutes. There may be brief periods of outage while we work through to full service restoration.
We are currently aware of an outage affecting customers served from our Waitohi wireless tower.
