Engineers are comfortable that this incident is resolved.
Once again, we apologise to our customers being served from our Waitohi site for the disruption to service today.

Monitoring

Service is now restored to the affected Waitohi area. Engineers are continuing to monitor.

Problem Identified

Techs are now running a new cable strand to the affected equipment. We expect once this is completed, only minor network reconfiguration to rearrange links should be required to fully restore service.
We appreciate your patience while we undertake works to complete this, we are working as quickly as possible in order to resume service.

Problem Identified

We have restored very intermittent connectivity to customers in the affected Waitohi area via temporary backup method. We are continuing to investigate and resolve the root cause issue.

Investigating

We are continuing to bring service back online. We believe we have located a cabling fault to a supply antenna. Techs have been dispatched and working on resolution as our top priority.
