As a response to a micro-outage experienced today between 10:23-10:24 for some customers originating from our 162G datacentre, our NOC team require making two urgent changes to resolve the cause of this issue.
During the maintenance window defined, there will be two short routing breaks of under 5 minutes.
There should be no need to reboot any customer equipment/CPE after this change.
