Engineers have resolved the issues affecting one of the servers in the VoIP Phone Services cluster.
The VoIP Phone Services cluster is now fully operational.
The email backlog from our VoIP Phone Services cluster has been processed and sent successfully.
We’ve taken one of the servers in this cluster offline, while we resolve issues that caused this outage.
VoIP Phone Services are operational at this time.

We’re experiencing degraded service, particularly with inbound calls to one of the servers in our VoIP Phone Services cluster, and we are now performing emergency maintenance to fix this.
If your phone stops working, please try making a call again after one minute. if you still get an error, or the call does not complete, please turn your phone off and on again.
