We are comfortable that this issue has now been resolved.
We will be scheduling emergency maintenance to replace a backup PDU that has been put in place.
If you are still experiencing issues with your internet connection, please reboot your modem/router.

Problem Identified

Tech is now onsite, we have confirmed a power issue on both our A+B feeds into the rack, which also appears to have impacted our power distribution equipment. We are working to resolve as our top priority.

We have confirmed a power incident has occurred at the datacentre. Tech is ETA 10 minutes.

We are currently experiencing a major outage with one of our Auckland datacentres.
An engineer is on route to the datacentre and we will provide further updates here.
