Monitoring

The database repair, and sync across the cluster has been completed. Load across the cluster is back to normal levels and testing indicates issues resolved.
We are continuing to monitor the cluster closely.

Assessed

We are currently experiencing an issue with calls not being connected in a timely manner through our Cloud PBX, or inbound “phantom calls” appearing.
This is due to a database table repair being automatically processed due to an inconsistency detected.
While this repair is taking place, inconsistencies of calls may occur.
We thank you for your patience and will update this status again once the repair has been completed and service is fully operational.
