After receiving information from our network vendor, we are required to perform an urgent software upgrade on our core routing equipment throughout our network.
During the maintenance window, we will be performing a software upgrade on each router within our core network which will result in 2 routing breaks per router.
Throughout the maintenance, customers can expect 3-4 brief outages of 2-5 minutes each.
