We can confirm that the instance of the issue experienced this morning has no longer occurred since our previous update. While we continue to monitor the situation, we are satisfied that this issue is resolved.
This issue now appears to be resolved. We are monitoring this situation closely.
We are currently experiencing an issue with UFB connections in Christchurch & Timaru experiencing low upload speeds and packet loss.
This is being investigated as a top priority. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
