Domain Names

During the defined maintenance window, our upstream international TLD registrar will be completing hardware upgrades to their systems. This will affect:

• WHOIS lookups for international TLDs
• Registrations, Renewals & Transfers of international TLDs
• Management actions of international TLDs (e.g. EPP codes, nameserver changes etc)

Any orders placed for international TLDs during the maintenance window will automatically be queued and executed after the maintenance is completed.
There will be no outage to the functionality of customers international TLDs during this process, this is simply a management system upgrade.
Please note that this maintenance does not affect any New Zealand TLDs including .nz, .co.nz, .net.nz etc.
