Voice Issue
Voice Services are stable and working normally.
If you have a phone that isn’t working, please try making a call (this will tell the phone to fix itself).
If the phone still doesn’t work; please disconnect the power cable, wait 10 seconds, and reconnect the power cable.
If you’re still experiencing issues after this, please call our Service Desk on 0508 4 INTERNET.
All voice services are operating normally, including BLF, and we’re continuing to monitor.

BLF (Busy Lamp Field) is the LEDs on your phone that let you know whether someone else’s phone is ringing.
